The Storm
)right after i logged off and finished writing the other journal of mine./i was pretty freaked out about that. and to finish it off, that same blast of both thunder and lightning hit one of the guys in my year's house!! the whole roof was on fire just outside the skool! luckily noone got hurt but it was flippin scary. you never think it would happen so close to you until it actually does. Just finished putting my Art Exhibition up today,YAY both my art and textiles are open to the public!! (pretty chuffed

Also, I went out last night as we got your storm at about 8ish, and I ended up nearly losing my camera to the rain!
Managed to find a nice hill overlooking the town, set up the tripod, and started snapping, trying to catch a shot of the lightening, then all of a sudden the heavens opened!
I had an umbrella handy, but the camera got soaked! aaaagghhhhh
I dried it off and luckily it was ok...phew!!!
Not quite as spectacular as your school getting hit and the light blowing out above you though.....christ!!!! scarey stuff!!
